WhatCar.ie win Best Online Trader award at the IIA & Enterprise Ireland Net Visionary Awards 2007

The 2007 IIA and Enterprise Ireland Net Visionary Awards were held in Dublin's Mansion House on 15th November last. Alan Stapleton, founder and Managing Director of the online portal WhatCar.ie, scooped the Best Online Trader award sponsored by Realex Payments. This was a hotly contested category of 22 nominees including established sites such as Daft.ie, 123.ie and ebookers.ie to name but a few. The awards received in excess of 300 nominations and more than 50,000 votes. The Net Visionary Awards are unique in that they are nominated by and voted on by members of the public.

Whatcar.ie is always looking for new ways to simplify the process of buying and selling products and services online. 2008 will see WhatProperty.ie, WhatSport.ie, and WhatTravel.ie added to the list, with the same "Made Easy" format. The existing sites will continue to evolve with exciting new additions for our Motor Dealers.
